The Xth Odessa Holiday Fashion Week: how it was

In the framework of the June 25-27 Odessa Festival of festivals the city hosted the tenth anniversary of ODESSA HOLIDAY FASHION WEEK.

Guests and journalists visited more than 30 events, including fashion shows, presentations, art projects and fashion parties at the city’s most prestigious locations.

The opening of the week was held at one of the most beautiful historic locations of the city – in the edifice of the Central Post Office.

The event was organized for showing the new collections of Ukrainian brands. The guests could see the ROUSSIN by Sofia Rousinovich, Cher Nika by Cherkas, MIDEDA, Queens, the COAT by Katya Silchenko, MARCHI and Mantis Religiosa, Fashion & Art Couture de Fleur and many others. 

The well-known among Ukrainian fashion-mongers ELENA BURBA opened her new boutique in the city and presented her delicate summer cruise collection for women.

The Final of the 17th all-Ukrainian contest among young clothing designers «LOOK INTO THE FUTURE» became one of the most awaited events of ODESSA HOLIDAY FASHION WEEK.

The closing of OFW was held in a new М1 club hotel.

BACKGROUND: Holiday Fashion Week is a project of Ukrainian Fashion Week, which presents cruise collections of designer brands. It was first held in 2007.

Traditionally, Holiday Fashion Week Odesa welcomes this unique fashion event at the last weekend of June. Authentic collections, attention of media, benevolent audience – these are the key components of success of the only cruise fashion week in the Central Europe – Holiday Fashion Week.
